What We Collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by Razorpay — we never store your card details). When you create a Twist experience, we also store the recipient's name and any personalization content you provide (messages, photos, answers).
How We Use It
Your information is used to process orders, deliver Twist experiences, communicate order updates, and improve our product. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Twist Recipient Data
Gift experience links use a securely generated, non-guessable token. Only someone with the exact link can view a Twist experience — it is never publicly listed or indexed.
Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and wishlist working, and lightweight analytics to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features (like the cart) may stop working.
