Most gifts ship within 2–4 business days of your order being confirmed, and arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll get a shipping confirmation once your order leaves our facility.
Digital & Twist Experiences
Twist experiences (Guess Who, Unlock the Surprise, and other digital add-ons) are delivered instantly as a secure link — no shipping wait. You can share the link with your recipient the moment your order is confirmed, or time it to arrive alongside the physical gift.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We occasionally run free-shipping promotions — check the announcement bar at the top of the site for current offers.
Tracking
You can check your order status anytime from Track Your Order using your order ID and email.
