Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified.
Twist Experiences
Twist experiences are generated per order and delivered via a unique, non-transferable link. You are responsible for sharing the link only with your intended recipient. We are not liable for links shared publicly or forwarded beyond their intended use.
Content You Submit
Any messages, photos, or answers you submit as part of personalizing a gift must not be unlawful, abusive, or infringe on someone else's rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this.
Limitation of Liability
GiftWithTwist is provided "as is." We work hard to make every gift and Twist experience reliable, but we are not liable for indirect damages arising from delays, technical issues, or third-party service outages (including payment or delivery partners).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
